I made this back in 140patch but never used it..I saw that AlwaysAmiYumi AND KillAxMaHN or whoever make alot of videos about socom ftb2 and thought this is the best time to release this. H.U.D. stands for Heads Up Display which is everything you see on the screen disapears like compass, health bar everything.
